Fan Fiction is written all the time about Star Wars … hell I’ve written at least 20 different short stories about Star Wars and Lucas isn’t breaking down my door. As long as you put some kind of disclaimer on it you’ll be fine.

There are quite a few “Fan Fiction” sites on the net dealing with every different subject that you can imagine. You could search them for how to do the disclaimer correctly or better yet go to. This site is a fan run site that, even though it has no “official” standing, has strong ties to starwars.com and LucasFilm. There are 100s of Star Wars fan fics there along with a bunch of fan Flicks … I’m sure you could get the guidelines for doing a story like yours there.
